1. Who We Are
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of all platforms, services, and payment onboarding links operated by Wolfe Logos, a UK Sole Trader.
Wolfe Logos owns and operates the following SaaS, PaaS, and PaaP platforms:
nowaynopay.com (Stripe onboarding & payments)
By ticking acceptance, purchasing a plan, or completing Stripe onboarding via NowayNoPay, you agree to these Terms in full.
2. What Our Platforms Do
Wolfe Logos provides:
Business, creator, and service link-in-bio / URL hub pages
Business profile pages for services, products, and shops
Direct contact forms
Review / Tick Score display sections
Stripe Connect onboarding via NowayNoPay
Optional payment links to sell products or services directly
Wolfe Logos is not a lead-selling company, marketplace broker, or advertising network.
3. Eligibility
To use any Wolfe Logos platform, you must:
Be 18 years or older
Be legally allowed to trade in your country
Provide accurate business and contact information
Accept both these Terms and Stripe’s Terms
If you do not agree, do not use the platforms.

A universal all-in-one link page that groups all of your online destinations into a single, shareable link — websites, social media, contact methods, videos and external platforms.
Best suited for:
Creators, businesses and brands that want a simple “link in bio” style page with no algorithm interference, no gated access and no paywalls.

5. Payments & Stripe Onboarding (NowayNoPay)
NowayNoPay.com is the official Stripe onboarding and payment infrastructure for Wolfe Logos platforms.
Platform Fees
2% platform fee on successful Stripe transactions
1% additional fee for instant withdrawals (optional)
Stripe’s own processing fees apply separately.
Important Notes
Wolfe Logos does not hold funds
Wolfe Logos does not access card or bank details
Stripe makes all onboarding, compliance, and payout decisions
By onboarding, you also agree to Stripe’s Terms & Conditions.
6. Reviews & Tick Score
Some platforms (including 4Biz.online) display:
Customer reviews submitted by users
Internal Tick Score indicators
Wolfe Logos:
Does not guarantee accuracy of third-party reviews
Does not moderate for truth, only abuse or policy breaches
Does not verify transactions
Reviews may be updated periodically but are not real-time guarantees.
7. Content & Listings
You are responsible for:
All content you submit
Services and products you advertise
Legal compliance (VAT, tax, consumer law)
Wolfe Logos does not:
Act as an agent
Negotiate on your behalf
Guarantee sales, leads, or income
We reserve the right to remove content that is:
Illegal
Misleading
Fraudulent
Harmful to users or the platform
8. Refunds & Chargebacks
Platform fees and plan payments are non-refundable
Chargebacks and disputes are handled directly through Stripe
Wolfe Logos is not liable for Stripe dispute outcomes
9. Account Removal & Inactivity
Pages may be removed when plans expire
Non-renewed pages may be deleted after a grace period
Fraudulent or abusive use may result in immediate removal without refund
10. Intellectual Property
All branding, platform layouts, and systems are owned by Wolfe Logos.
You may not:
Copy platform structure
Resell pages
White-label services
without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law:
Wolfe Logos is not liable for:
Loss of revenue
Lost leads
Stripe account issues
Platform downtime
Third-party actions
Services are provided “as is”.
12. Countries We Serve
Wolfe Logos currently supports users in:
United Kingdom
European Union
Ireland
United States
Canada
Platforms are English-language only at this time.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of any platform means acceptance of the updated Terms.
